What can I say? There are not enough words about this gentleman and his pride and dedication to his craft, trade, and personal pride. I called him about a month ago to come and fix my 8-month-old dishwasher. It had stopped draining. He came four times at an average of 2-3hours at a time. Changed three parts and got it fixed. It turned out to be a drain valve food chopper that broke and stuck in the drain valve, and anyone else would have quit trying to figure out this minuscule issue causing such a huge problem and brought a new machine. No, Not Mr. Khanh. He will fix it, stay transparent about the issue on hand, and offer options. He is just a unique drying breed of craftsman. He is simply the Best. I would trust him with any repair of any appliance. Just superb...Thank you Mr. Khanh, for more than just fixing the problem but for having the pleasure of meeting a soul that we have realized is just becoming nonexistent. He even vigorously insisted on not accepting an extra $30 I paid for his troubles, saying I do not have to and is unnecessary. You, Sir, are a Gentleman and a Scholar.

I called Khanh at 10:00am on a weekend to fix the washing machine and he was here by 2:00pm the same day. He asked about the make and model over the phone to ensure he had the parts when he arrived.

After a kitchen remodel, the dishwasher was leaking, and we did not know where or why this was happening. We found out that the appliances were not properly reconnected. Instead of calling the contractors back, we called Khanh appliances who came and repaired the leaks.
During the time of the dishwasher repair, the microwave went out and I was going to purchase a new one, but Khanh fixed it and it's working fine now. I am very satisfied with the repairs and the cost. I recommend calling Khanh appliances before disposing and or replacing appliances.

Mr. Khanh picked up the phone the day before Christmas Eve around 4pm and came over at 11am the next day. Within 15 minutes he had troubleshoot the issue (the freezer was cooling but the refrigerator was not), melted the ice buildup on the coils and determined the defrosted thermostat was shot.
He returned 4 days later to check on the unit and made sure everything was on working order. Mr. Khanh is highly knowledgeable and even took the time to walk me through the maintenance process to avoid any future mishaps.
I will definitely be calling him for any future needed repairs.

I contacted Khanh from Google on Christmas day and scheduled him to come out next day. I had a washer that wouldn't drain and fridge that wouldn't dispense water or make ice. Khanh called back on Christmas day and discussed the issue. I sent him pics and also told him that dryer was bolted atop the washer. When he came to diagnose the issue, even though he seemed to guess what the issue might be, he did not feel comfortable dismounting the dryer on his own. So, he told me he couldn't take the job. He looked at the fridge and ruled out of the issues that needed advanced troubleshooting by opening the back side and testing with multimeter. Ultimately said I may simply need a new water filter as it was not changed in a while.
Ultimately, he did not solve any of my problems but to my surprise, he did not charge me anything for his time since he did not fix the issues. Hard to find genuine people like him that value customer satisfaction over just making money. He even helped me manually drain the water from washer with his manual pump. I'll be sure to keep him around if I run into any other issues.

We had Khanh do repair work on our refrigerator and gas stovetop and his services and prices are hard to beat. He was able to repair our icemaker and find the parts required - for a circa 2004 refrigerator - and replace the door hinges, to avoid having to buy a new refrigerator. We had also called him back to fix a noisy gas stovetop vent wheel, and he was also able to get a gas burner to auto-light again, after it had stopped working. (The stovetop issues were related to countertop replacement that required removing the island stovetop and reinstalled it).
Khanh also answers his calls promptly and shows up on time. He is the type of appliance repair technician that you refer to friends and family. Great work and no gouging could not be happier.

I have been using Mr. Ly's service for over 10 years now. He has done countless appliance repairs for my home and for my rental properties. He has extend life of my microwaves, dishwashers, washers/dryers, refrigerators and more. He is always professional and thorough in this work. His charges are reasonable and he is very knowledgeable. What I also really appreciate about his work is that he always explain what repairs he is performing and why. He will present alternatives, if any, allowing the home owner to make an informed decision.
